Registration is now open for participation in the Carnota Market and the New Year’s Eve Festival

The Concello de Carnota organizes, once again, a Nadal market on December 26 and 27, 2026 and a New Year’s Eve Festival, which will feature a musical performance by an orchestra and a mobile discotheque.

Individuals, entities or companies interested in installing a non-market post (commerce, crafts, restaurants, canteen, among others) must submit the corresponding application, through the following form, between October 21 and November 21, 2026.

Both the Nadal Market and the New Year’s Eve Festival will take place inside a tent located in Praza de San Gregorio, in Carnota. For this reason, the number of posts and canteens will be limited. In the case of canteens, priority will be given to applications submitted by cultural associations.

If the number of applications received exceeds the capacity of posts that, for organizational and space reasons, can be set up in the tent, a public draw will be held in the Council’s Plenary Hall. This draw will be carried out independently for each type of post.

Consult the bases.
