San Andrés de Teixido trip

The Council of Carnota organizes an excursion to San Andrés de Teixido, which will take place on Sunday, March 8. The activity is aimed at people of all ages.

Departure is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. from Carnota Town Hall. The first stop will be in San Andrés de Teixido, where participants will be able to visit one of the most emblematic sanctuaries in Galicia. Then the group will travel to Cedeira, where the meal will be held. In the afternoon, a stop will be made in Betanzos before starting the return to Carnota.

The estimated price of the activity is 30 euros, which may vary depending on the final number of occupied places.

Registrations will be open until February 27 or until places are filled, and must be completed at the Department of Culture and Tourism or by calling 610 228 083.

Places are limited and will be filled in strict order of registration. The activity will only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached, and people registered in Carnota will have priority.

The Council encourages the population to participate in this proposal for leisure and coexistence, because the saying says it: "To San Andrés de Teixido, what was not alive goes to the dead".
